  1. Great podcast! I just listened to this episode this morning on the way to work and it had me cracking up. Really good sound quality too.

  2. Another great podcast. It was fun to meet all three of you at the Summit.

  3. Many thanks for introducing me to Jefferson deadlifts. I tried them for the first time the other day. Really liking them.

  4. Great podcast! Jen would make people in my gym look like little boys…Maybe in the future you guys could check up on more stringent methods for strength gains?

I’ve followed auto-regulation for a while now and while it did work and my lifts did go up, I feel like it has only worked up to a certain point and then if you are serious about gains, it would be a good idea to look at slow steady progression (something like wendler 5/3/1).

I don’t mean following a program to the tee, but using the information garnered from something like wendler with steady SLOW progression.

Maybe it’s not a big deal, because I imagine lots of people reading your two blogs kind of know what they’re looking for.

Anyways, once again, great podcast, and I know personally I look forward to every one!
